For real auditions, no need to slate unless specifically told to. You can just hop straight into the script. You want to project your voice a lot more so that it fits the scene that you’re in a gym with no microphone and you want people on the other side to hear you. Use your diaphragm to get a lot of air into your lungs to give you that push to project. You have a good tone going on and your words are nice and clear, but think about what can make you stand out amongst others who audition. Regardless of the script, you want to think about who you’re speaking to, the scene, how you want the audience to react, etc. Overall good work!
