Dr. Whooves is an Earth pony and one of the supporting characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic who is known famously for being based on the character, Doctor Who, and appearing in backgrounds of certain episodes, and occasionally having a role at times. He'll retain a supporting/minor character in my series and projects. I'm looking for a close but strong impression of the character, like how Peter New portrayed him.
