Your pacing was good and though there was a few words that could be articulated more, you were decently clear overall! Try mixing it up and think about what you could do to be unique and stand out amongst the others. If we think of this as an audition and you think in the mindset of a director, what would you want to hear or what are some things that can make this really pop? Your tone was steady throughout, which can make it sound more like you’re just reading a script versus performing. Also make sure to use your diaphragm and chest and really project your voice to fit the scene of the gym with no mic. Keep working hard, good job!
For sure, thank you for the feedback! I will write these down and think more on them for my future auditions. I think for me, I am having a hard time understanding how to use my diaphragm and I think I think about it too hard ahaha. But yes, I will try my best to work on that. Thank you!
