Deep, booming, and robotic- that is what comes to mind when I think of Cail. I'd recommend looking to Halo's 'Arbiter' as protrayed by Keith David for a good starting point. I also recommend reading his lines at a semi-slow pace, or at least avoid speaking quickly.

Cail Xerszo (Kale Zer-so) is a product of a corporation wanting a personal tool of corporate espionage. Programmed from birth to obey and be not but that, a tool, he lacks social skills and is prone to coming off as a freak. A genetically enhanced giant among men, Cail is certain imposing at a glance- if you even see him approaching in the shadows. As he discovers what it means to be his own man, we will undoubtedly see a true personality blossom to overtake the machine like visage Cail wears as of now.
