Salitar is Zarriea's dad gone rouge. He has his own little dimension that he controls and where he's hiding out for the mean time. I can't give much story to him otherwise it is too much spoiling but with this voice it has to be deep and sound pretty evil and scary. You are free to use a voice changer if you would like.
