Kazuya is the Subspace Legion's second in command and is one of the most formidable Fighters in the world. Loyal to no one but Sephiroth, this cold-blooded man will strike down anyone in his way to ensure the success of his group. As a result, he can be hard on his own underlings when they fail. Overall, he's not a Fighter you want to mess with, and some say that he's even worse to be around then the Legion's boss...
While Kazuya's appearance in Banjo's Errand is brief, I really want his voice to sound intimidating and a little condescending, particularly when he's yelling at Blood Falcon at the end. If I had to give a voice reference, try to mimick Clancy Brown's villain performances, such as Lex Luthor and Dogpound.
