Uraume is a 1,000 sorcerer hailing from the Hein era. They have a proficiency in ice-manipulation and has tons of experience being a 'chef' due to their time with Sukuna. They have an undying loyalty to the king of curses and will do just about anything for him.
Due to their androgynous nature, just about any voice could pass but I'd prefer a more femme-leaning tone for them!

I think your pitch for Uraume was near perfect. It's got that higher and gentler tone I could expect from them while also not skimping out on how dangerous the ice-manipulator can very much be/sound!
