Chaz shows himself to the world as an arrogant jokester who is overconfident and believes that everyone wants to be with him. However, he has been shown to be incredibly calm and charismatic, as Moxxie demonstrated throughout their initial relationship. He does not respect a person's boundaries, as evidenced by his attempts to sleep with Moxxie despite his offers being rejected, even going so far as to try to sleep with Millie after being rejected by Moxxie, who became violent and enraged at the sight of him, and then with Blitzo shortly after being kicked out of Millie's room.
