The Cheat is a fuzzy little critter with a tough, streetwise demeanor unafraid to get his metaphorical hands dirty; his motto is "No rule is solid", though it’s hard for anyone to understand him when he actually says this. He’s considered Strong Bad's sidekick in everything he does.

He speaks in a language consisting entirely of high-pitched squeaks and growls, which only some beings seem to be perfectly able to understand. They often translate what’s said whenever The Cheat talks. He often has a hostile attitude, threatening to bite others or throw things.
