Plot twist: the whole story was a pitch to a movie executive, who is displeased with the concept.

    talking. You come in here, waste my time – time that I could’ve spent attending
    my 12-year-old son’s basketball game – with a movie
    that bashes the very demographic it’s catering to. Never have I ever heard such
    a disgusting insult to America, to the LGBT community or to the film industry.
    You’re lucky that I’m somewhat of a generous guy, so I’m gonna give you some
    advice: don’t quit your day job, kid. Because apparently, the film industry isn’t
    for you.
