The character is made to guide technicians through their service tasks and announce important updates to staff after hours.

The character is meant to be helpful throughout the game while guiding technicians with a supportive attitude.

This character can be played by male or female.

Character Role:
- Provide clear and engaging instructions for announcements, issuing instructions and providing updates for Staff.

- Provide step by step guidance for various tasks like repairs and system resets ensuring Staff feels supported and informed.

- Deliver alerts and reminders when specific actions need to be completed.

- Give informative dialogue that helps Staff navigate the Pizzaplex.

Voice Information:
- The voice should be warm and welcoming, proving a sense of trust for Staff.

- Enunciation needs to be clear to make sure instructions and information are easily understood.

- Voice needs to be calm and reassuring during dire moments to ease the minds of technicians.
