Hooksworth is a steam powered crane who works for the Transportainian Construction Co. Sometimes he’s lent to other yards and industrial locations to work (but he’s usually transported there by road).
Hooksworth is basically one of the tallest construction vehicles of the Transportainian Construction Co., but he doesn’t let his size go to his head. He’s polite and well mannered, even if someone says something rude and disrespectful to him. He’s usually good at hiding his feelings when hurt.
His voice is pretty much freelanced, so long as it’s within the right age range.

I may work for the Transportainian Construction Company most of the time, I can work at other yards and industrial places when they’re in need of a crane.
