Phoebe May or Princess Phoebe is the second born daughter of the kingdom, Maybell. Phoebe has a big sister, Piper E. May. (Piper was casted in wave 3). Phoebe is a very sweet girl. Just like her best friend Sasha she is excited to go to Wingz Academy!
