kind and soft spoken, Lucy Lovely moved from her home in New Orleans up to New york to live in her uncles, Thomas Travels, Apartment complex (better known as Tulip apartments) to achieve her dream of being a world famous fashionista. Lucy is a hopeless romantic who outside of becoming a fashion designer hopes to possibly find blossoming romance.
Due to the importance of Lucy and Female voice actors characters lore, id like them to be voiced by the same person! So these two are a double role!
She should sound similar to Lena Dupree from Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island:
