Prize-man is a man who just loves his job, he is in charge of giving out the prizes to the children in an arcade in the shopping village, he's mysterious on the most part and won't reveal anything about him other than he's just in charge of the counter.


I imagine his voice to be kinda like Caine's voice from TADC but slightly deeper, that being cheerful, enthusiastic, and somewhat wacky manner.
