The "Manager" of the Hotlandis shop, but not really. She just fills in for the regular manager, due to his frequent absence. She is the vocalist for Chirpy Chirps, though! Harmony's very relaxed and goes her own way, often being distracted, often fidgeting with an Ultra hand. 

For her voice, She sound spacey, and distracted, not really paying attention to much of anything. A medium ranged voice would work.
