The protagonist of Splatoon 2. They tend to go with the flow of things, and pretty easy-going and relaxed, while having a lot of confidence, and being a diligent worker. 

For their voice, they sound pretty confident, yet with a relaxed undertone. A medium to slightly high-pitch voice would work for them.
