Garcia is laid back, calmer, wiser then his younger brother.

The ideal candidate should possess a natural English accent with a subtle influence of Puerto Rican intonation, reflecting Garcia Lebron's cultural background

Puerto Rican fluency is not mandatory, but if the candidate can incorporate some Puerto Rican phrases or expressions, or be fluent in Mexican Spanish or south American Spanish, it would add authenticity to the character.
