SeaWings, also known as Ocean Dragons are the aquatic tribe of dragons that can live both on land and under water. Considered artists and intellectuals among the tribes, they tend to be called upon as emissaries and teachers. They are capable of speaking Aquatic underwater and normal Draconic on land. Obedience to their Queen is absolute and her writings are required reading in schools.
