A trapped soul in a purgatory that is often stingy and rude. Give him a quiet whispering voice, but also make it slightly aggressive and monster-like. He is omnipresent and lives inside of every locker in the facility that the game takes place in. He also acts as a guide that will inform you about monsters that you have died to.

This voice fits the character pretty well, although I think it could use being very slightly higher pitched. I'm going to wait a good while before contacting people or making final decisions until there are more submissions for me to choose from.
