Your enunciation was good throughout your performance! With changing the tone of the script make sure you’re owning it. If you are making it into a sales pitch try have that overall vibe. Since you want to sound enthusiastic in your read I want you to smile when you are reading the script out loud. When you smile you can hear that happiness in your tone of voice. Since you are making your performance into a sales pitch, keep in mind who your audience is. Is it like the show “Shark Tank”, where you’re standing in front of cameras? Are you in a board meeting trying to promote your next big idea to your colleagues? Keeping the question of who your audience and what your setting is will help you understand what your pitch, pacing, tone, volume, etc. should be when you are speaking. A bigger space would mean a louder volume so your whole audience can hear you, meanwhile a smaller space may require a more normal speaking volume since they may not be as far away from you.
