An upbeat and hilarious loser. He’s in his thirties, with an energetic, medium pitched voice. Mr.Yspel is the main antagonist of Vices, being the eight kid's homeroom teacher and astronomy teacher.
"[ excited ] Helloooooooo kids! It's day 3 you losers! Get up and running, won't you? We have business to attend to. Let's attend to attendance!"
"[ angry ] I believe you're forgetting that I am your homeroom teacher, first and foremost! Didn't any of you learn to respect your elders? Uhg... you're all delinquents. Now that we have that 'hilarity' over with, go to class. Get out of here!"
"[ laid back ] Aha…[chuckles] [calmly] Sorry kiddos, but that’s not a crime! If you’d actually done something productive, maybe you'd get a reward! But, guess what? [monotone] You haven't."
