The main antagonist of Side order. It strives for a world of complete order for everyone, and is determined to do anything in its power to achieve such. However, when it's just in it's tiny, adorable octopus form, it comes off as a very stubborn and whiny toddler, calling anyone who opposes it a "meanie" or a hacker. 

For it's voice, a high pitched, babyish voice works. Think of those UwU voices as an example.
