Philly's daughter and little princess. Unlike her brother Billy she's not interest in his boy things, but she offend get along with him in most of their adventures. One of her hobbies is singing which let me tell you her voice is like a goose trying to scream for help. And Billy knows this. Her parents seems to enjoy it for some reason.

She sounds similar to Birdie the Wacky Adventures from Ronald McDonald version (voiced by Christine Cavanaugh) but with a southern accent. She also has a horrible singing voice which will be a running gag, so if you sing good that’s fine but if the script tells you to sing just making it horrible to hear as much as possible.
