I'm TG, I am currently having an experience in management with this webtoon as well as directing with its own dub that is currently in progress. My role consists of connecting the voice actors with the owner of the project and guiding them throughout the dub to reach the satisfaction of both parties. In addition to what I already cited, I'm also in charge of casting the voice actors and letting them know they landed the role, as well as figuring out times that work for everyone for work and managing timeone differences, and finally explaining each and every role. Due to the dub still being a work in progress, I can't link any of it so I linked the webtoon instead since I'm managing it.
