Ishibashi Takehiko (EE - she - baaaa - she || Ta - ke - he - co ) is a childish prince, appearing as if he was fit for ruling a kindergarten class. However, when you see his tactical and monumental control over a variety of situations, you would probably be rather surprised. He's sort of got a Kokichi voice with a mix of Chihiro, but without any sort of nerve or stutter. He should also sound a bit 'playful' if you are able to put your voice at that range. (Also, yes, he is wearing a skirt.)
*Make some trumpet noises* "It is I, the perilously cunning Ishibashi Takehiko! The one you might know as the Ultimate Prince! If my advisors were correct, I know that my new servant is in the building somewhere! He's got a shimmer to him, ya' know?"
"Floofy skirt, don't you think? My parents said it isn't 'manly' to wear a skirt as a guy, but I'm just too lazy to put on actual pants! Or underwear!" *scuffling noises* "Wait, come back! I was joking!"
"If the killer really knew where the [INSERT SPOILER HERE] was, then it is highly unlikely that they were anywhere near the [SPOILERS] at the given time... We can assume that they were far away, faking their alibi!"
