Ocho is a part of the Best Eight, is in the hierachy class, and is also a part of Team Ocho. He is quite calm but also very intimedating for how he uses Black Labels alongside Wireless, which are a source of bets in a card that sticks onto a weapon after you lose a battle. Ocho is a very rich person who pays his teammates to work for him, which doesn't go well in the end since they're greedy.
