Clutch the Opossum is an established ex-retired crimelord after his mistreatment of Chao during the White Park Chao Racing Circuit was revealed. With the aid of Mimic, Rough, Tumble, Surge, and Kit, he's been able to rebuild his criminal empire and creating a company called Clean Sweep Inc, disguised as such to help clean up the broken Eggtech left behind during Sonic and Eggman's various battles while it's Clutch's criminal endeavor to access his arms trade and his "means of accessing places others cannot." Clutch is very highly collected and cunning and unlike Eggman, is more subtle in his methods.
