Potentially the most intelligent of Leary's original circle, Lucian was the first to assert himself and the last to die.A terror to all things cybernetic, Lucian is known as a renowned programmer and cyberneticist, tasked with creating a virtual prison for longer-than-life-sentence individuals to serve their sentence in a subconcious state. Now ensnared in his own cyberprison, he is able to travel through holograms and technology by wandering through vast catacombs of wire. Now living as a living data collecting program, he is... virtually... unstoppable.

He speaks very similarly to Jason Schwartzman, specifically in his role as the Spot. Very snide and passive, but also with a tendency to darken or become aggressive.

He is a side character in the project.
