Levi is one of the trainers at the gym under Misty's employ/tutelage. He's a little shy but very hardworking and enthusiastic. He and his chinchou are thick as thieves!
Levi should have a quietish, but clear voice. His personality is a little shy, but he isn't a mumbler either. He'll stand for very little when it comes to taking his training seriously! Don't get in his way, or you'll get a very earnest earfull.
