Toby almost finds it funny how much he's fallen out of his "devout worshipper of Slenderman" phase.
Don't get him wrong; he loves his line of work. The Slenderman is alright. He enjoys the company of his housemates. It's just grown a little...stale? All he ever really does is feed The Ark. His victims scream and cry the same way. He hasn't had a good chase scene in a while, now.
Toby yearns for something new; something unpredictable. Much like himself! Toby is unpredictable. He's decent to his housemates, awful to his victims, and his mood fluctuates all over the place. Some people say he's like a "tic"king time bomb. Get it? Get it? Okay, yeah, he came up with that one himself. Nobody's laughed at it so far.
In the same breath that Toby can be completely apathetic, amused by his kills, he can also be a man of...surprisingly profound advice, to his housemates? He's not quite as stupid as people make him out to be. He knows what's going on around him, and he knows what he wants...most of the time!
Toby has Tourette’s, and as such he’ll blurt out a lot of sounds and phrases that sound out of place. He’ll also stutter and strain his words slightly when he’s trying to control his tics.
He doesn’t have a prevalent accent but he’s fluent in German! He doesn’t speak it often but he will utter a few phrases here and there.
(annoyed) "…Christ, I need to stick my hatchet into something."
(maniacal? insane? he's having a good time) "AHAHAHAHAHA…! I CAN’T FEEL PAIN, YOU STUPID BITCH!"
(note; those "tweet"s are tics) "Ehehe– little, little birdie- little bird with those wings on your coat– tweet– haha! Couldn’t quite run, could– tweet– could you? Ahaha!"
I originally meant to do a second take of the lines with more of an emphasis on his stutter through them, but didn’t get around to doing it due to how early in the morning it was, so if desired I can resubmit a new audition with that later. Sorry for the inconvenience but if you wish for that please let me know
