Used to be a Desert Ranger "back in the good ol' days". A real frontier justice type of sheriff with a serious grudge against the NCR and anyone that could be considered a rogue, mutant, or raider type. Has a very flawed black and white outlook on morality and justice, and has the tendency to cross the line when it comes to enforcing his own brand of justice.
He comes off at first as a good hardy man, grizzeled by years in the wasteland and not willing to take any nonsense. Truth is, things haven't been going well in Bonnie Springs and he's paranoid that the people in town are conspiraring against each other.
Thanks for the help Stranger. We've had a lot of scum drifting in from Vegas lately. Good to know there's still good folk out there. You are good folk right? What brings you to Bonnie Springs?.
My friend Robert and I founded this town years ago when the Desert Rangers decided to join up with the NCR. We were both lifelong rangers. Being with the NCR was a betrayal to what we were. To who we are. I couldn't stay with them and neither could Robert.
Bring a little frontier justice back in. We wouldn't have prisoners running loose or jackals and vipers ready to burn down settlements. Bring em' down, and hang em' high. That's the only way to clean up this place.
