Mewtwo is Zelda's trusted advisor, and somewhat of a father figure to her. He can be very strict when Zelda disobeys him, but that's all out of his desire to keep Zelda safe from harm. Of course, he can be strict with other people as well, including a certain fire boy.
Mewtwo's voice should sound similar to Pokemon: The First Movie, but an echo effect is not required for the audition.
