I don't think it's to do with me 'lip smacking' (I don't really get what that is) but I do get what you mean. I can try and fix it, and it's something I've noticed too... I think I know why it happens, but not really how to something top it. I can try though! ^^ (and with pet peeves, I find it really annoying when people are ever so slightly off key, sing a wrong note, sing in the wrong pitch, and are slightly off time so I get what you mean...)
