Oombu is a drug addict, a weapon, a fake gangster, a total romantic-- and unkillable. I always envisioned him to be like that Colombian Breaking Bad parody version of Jesse Pinkman, but more of a mess, but also very easily could be a "latin lover" stereotype (Like Antonio Banderas). Do what you will with that information! Full creative freedom on this character's voice!
Pro-tip: Insert natural sentence fillers like "um," "like," and "ehhh."
