Poppy is the 2nd Elite 4 member of the Paldean League. She may only be 9 years old, but she's one of the toughest trainers the region has to offer! She is a much younger character so I imagine her to have a voice similar to Bonnie from the Pokemon XY anime or any other little girl voice you can think of
