A withered, transmasc shipwright and heavy handed surgeon. He tends to keep to himself and judge others from a distance. Although not gentle or good for small talk, he does reliably fix what he has to, with brute force if he must.
CHARACTER DIRECTION NOTES:

- Dry/husky voice
- Short tempered (So he'd probably annunciate on certain syllables, a sharp sort of tone)

VOICE DIRECTION NOTES:
- Haven't slept in weeks, and hurts to speak too loud.
- Not loud, but exasperated, unamused, and direct.
