Kyōka (Key - oh - kah || Bow - car - ooh) is the Ultimate Narrator, that much is obvious when you approach him. He narrates almost everybody's actions, be it out loud or in his head. He has always been one for making life seem like fiction, which is why he began to narrate things. He has rather common interests, but writes everything down at the end of a day, also known as a 'Narration Log'. He will only stop narrating people when a situation gets too tense, or if he is your good friend and you're hanging with him one-on-one. The voice has to be expressive and vibrant.
