(Mii-na-el), Minor Character \\ A great amount of lines! 

“And the ninja kicked me!” 

Mineal, part of  the Peaky Angels! Being the older twin of the two, she mainly talks with her sister and tries to suck up to Ruler as to not get a scolding! Hilarity ensues with these two, as they have a habit to finish each others’ thoughts and sentences. They may act innocent at first, especially with peers and new comrades, but if they dislike you, they’ll belittle, talk bad, and hope to get rid of you as soon as they can! They love each other though, and won’t function quite well without the other. Sometimes, it’s like they loose a part of themselves! 

Mineal’s magic is just as crafty as she is, as it is to transform into any object.  Her human counterpart, Mina Amasato, is a college student with short brown hair, slightly curled outwards. Wearing a ruffled blouse, with a pink cardigan on top, along with a blue miniskirt, she looks exactly like her older twin sister, Yuna Amasato.
