Oh, it was awful! I was walking Percy around the neighborhood when I heard this huge commotion up ahead.
I saw an orange tabby cat huddled into a frightened little ball against a fence. There was a man screaming at it, something about his daughter... It didn't make much sense. But then he started shooting at it!
When I started going home, I realized that the cat was curled up on the ground behind me. The poor thing was absolutely petrified. I couldn't just leave it there!
