Neir is Mika's closest friend and companion in the hidden kingdom of Celare. As an elf from a prestigious family, he grew up to be a rather self-kept, mature and stubborn man. However that seemed to lessen upon meeting Mika. He cares a lot about her and wishes to do his best so that she can remember how she was before the accident.
