Good morning respected students, councilmen, parents and this years graduating class. Congratulations! You've done it, all the hard work has finally paid off and you are all ready to take the next big step in life beyond your training days. Learning from these experiences, I’m sure all of us will remember the families of friends you've created amongst yourselves.
