Co-Pilot to the Last Hope. A gruff englishman part of the first cryosleep program. He went to sleep with a pregnant girlfriend and woke up to the birth of his great grandaughter, who is in cryo with her mother on the ship. Calix has a good attitude with a few regrets that seem to plague him in moments.
