DESC:
We're looking for video editors who know how to edit motion comics! I know how to edit some video-related things, but when it comes to comics, I'm fairly new, so we need people who know exactly what to do, how to do it, and, in some cases, how to explain how to do it in case they need help. You'll need to know how to mess around with the panels directly, such as isolating specific panels, adding black borders to panels in some cases, whitening out words, etc. I want the videos we put out to stand out visually, and I want the visual flair added to be just as much of a reason people want to tune in on top of the amazing voice cast. Things like a bright light flashing if a laser is shot, the screen shaking when there's a heavy impact, engaging transitions between panels, etc. If you've got examples of work when you've edited things similar to what I just mentioned, you'll definitely be considered.  Again, comic editing is pretty new to me, but I'll be helping out in any way I can! Several people will be chosen for this role to make the visual editing process as efficient as possible. Since the IDW comics can be very dynamic and chaotic with its paneling, especially during action scenes, we're looking for people who really know what they're doing when it comes to comic editing specifically. (Payment is subject to change for the more action-heavy issues or if the work is divided amongst a smaller group. If you're chosen, we will discuss further about it!)
