Mary Jane Watson is the head of her own PR firm, who is can get very hands-on when she needs to be. She also happens to be Peter's wife. With her sense of humor and wit, the two have been happily married with kids for years now. She's quite confident, and tends to be very aware of what those around her are thinking, especially Peter. She's not really quite the party girl like her Amazing counterpart used to be, but she still has the attitude to match. She also used to be a model prior to her career as the owner of a PR firm, which helps when dealing with more unsavory clients.
For this role, if you can pull off some dry humor without being too snarky in tone, that'd be near perfect.
