Vegas genuinely sweet person and would love to makes friends, except she's constantly bullied and thought of as childish for believing that she was ever saved by a Legend. She attends therapy once every week for her depression but even her therapist claims that perhaps her child brain had envisioned a firefighter as a Legend when she was saved from a house fire as a kid.
