I'm looking for someone to match as close to Leon Kennady of Resident Evil as possible, as the character is based on him.
Leon Is Captain Venna's right-hand man. They have served together through multiple battles and formed a close brothers-in-arms bond. He is respectful, but a bit of a hot head to compliment Venna's cold icyness.
Ep4 is a flashback to 10 hours before episode 3. Linked above.

There is an unspoken care there and possibly the beginnings of love sprinkled in there but, as they are both career military, there is not time for that.

Leon is MIA as of present, and as far as Venna knows, he is dead.
We shall see.
