A ghost,tough as nails cop that died in the early 80s.a very cold and gruff man only soft with certain characters,for example the main character Aurora who he views as a substitute daughter & Maeve a woman he has taken a liking too.He turns up sometimes to offer hints and help the characters when absolutely needed but refuses to talk to the main character.He often appears in a battered old police car.Hates mostly everyone.Was a sort of corrupt cop when alive but did try to do the right thing.
