A very flamboyant vampire, who is a bit of a drama queen. Originally from Ireland and originally named Richard, He was turned into a vampire in the 1800s.Owns a casino in the town where he murders and feeds on the human customers. dresses in a very 1920s style, including wearing a corset pale, make up and perfectly coiffed hair. Francis is an incredibly vain and selfish man.
