Goggles is the main character of the Splatoon Manga, so he is the most important character in this project. He is energetic and outgoing, but an idiot at heart. Goggles has the typical energetic main character voice you would hear in anime, like Sonic the Hedgehog but more child-like in his voice. Sometimes Goggles speaks Japanese words so that's why he's labeled as both English and Japanese.
